Once you become a Fantastic Sams® franchisee, we immediately begin helping you find a location for your salon business. Working with a Regional Director of Real Estate and/or a local broker representative, we use our vast network of contacts and relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to identify suitable sites that meet our criteria. In many cases, we already have an inventory of available sites for you. Once we identify a site, we work with you to conduct a complete site evaluation, and then help you secure a Letter of Intent and a signed lease.

Once you’ve signed a Letter of Intent and a lease, our team helps you get your salon open for business. We provide support in salon design and construction, supplier and vendor ordering and coordination, utilities and licenses setup, and many other pre-opening tasks.
