We are dedicated to helping our salon owners recruit and retain the best stylists. We have initiatives, programs, and tools in place to assist our salon owners with recruiting and retention. These include: national committees that bring together the best practices from over 1350 Fantastic Sams® Hair Salons, sponsorship of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, and participation in many national recruiting resources.
